Are you passionate about inspiring and empowering young people to build a beautiful, equitable, and sustainable world? Are you a qualified primary teacher? Have you confidence and expertise with 6 to 9-year-olds? Do you love numbers? If yes, we want to hear from you!
REAL School Budapest is a growing international school that prepares young people to imagine and shape a better future. Our students gain entrepreneurial skills, foster regenerative mindsets, and embrace change, all while thriving in a culture that prioritises creativity, wellbeing, and social impact.
Inspired by Green School Bali, where our founding team previously worked, our school operates using a TEAL model of distributed leadership. This model creates an environment where innovation, collaboration, and authenticity flourish.
At REAL School, we value educators who embody or are eager to cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit. This means going beyond the classroom to actively contribute to the growth and evolution of the school community. We seek individuals with a proactive mindset, a willingness to learn from and collaborate with others, and the ability to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth. By fostering innovation and taking initiative, our educators play a vital role in shaping an inspiring and dynamic learning environment
